The governing body for sailing is looking at how the sport’s Olympic-class equipment is made, used and discarded, to eventually make changes that will reduce its environmental impact.

Racing resumed as scheduled at 15:00 on Day 2 of the 2026 ILCA 6 Youth European Championships & Open European Trophy, with fleets heading back out onto both course areas in the Thermaic Gulf.
